Education Sponsorship

(ZION Technical Institute Apprenticeship, Higher Education, Collages, External Vocational Training)

As part of our education sponsorship program, young people from our orphanages, as well as casteless and young people from the surrounding villages, are educated free of charge.

Prerequisites for the training are a 10th grade education and knowledge of English. Travel costs to our training center (ZTI) and to an external training company are subsidized by the government.

In our specially equipped training workshops for electrical engineering, metalworking, welding, computers and a sewing school from August 2024, young people will be trained as skilled workers in 2-year courses and will receive the coveted state certificates upon completion of their training.

In 2025, we plan to support the training of nurses by providing accommodation in a converted nurses’ home.

In addition, through our education sponsorship program, we finance the tuition fees of selected motivated young people (after 12th grade) from needy families at secondary schools and accompany them until they graduate and enter the workforce.

Our motivation is always to enable the young people to lead a self-determined life and thus save them from a later life on the streets.

As long as the children are small, give them roots. Once they have grown up, give them wings.

The cost of an educational sponsorship is 60 euros per month. You can transfer the amount monthly, quarterly or annually by standing order.

The training lasts between 2-4 years, depending on the qualification to be acquired.
